Prepare to be stared at while being told the next guy to wonder along will help you instead. Most of the doors in stock, doors are about half their inventory, are damaged somehow. Most have water marks or are missing chunks. No return or exchange policy. Not worth the time, use Criags or Marketplace instead.

These guys do a great job of providing a lower cost alternative to parr and the other building material folks. There materials are not 100% like parr but if you have a little time you can clean up what they do have and come out with a nice product at a reasonable discount.

Nicely run, and Impressively stocked- I find this place a treasure trove of lumber (mostly all kept indoors) and other building materials. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Found high quality clear cedar T&G here for a Sauna at $1.78 a linear foot- that’s 21 cents cheaper that basic tight knot cedar at most lumber yards… incredible!
