A good five weeks ago I went there for a problem with my phone. I was having trouble with the charging port not getting a good connection and they said they would order a new one and call me. Weeks went by and I called to check status. After waiting they said the part was in but couldn't find it. I asked them to call me back when they did, but they never called back. I called the following Monday and after a long wait on hold I was told the part was defective. No mention of ordering a replacement or an answer to why I wasn't informed. They said they would priority order another at no charge and would call me. I never got a call that week and the following week I went on vacation, fighting with my phone to keep a charge. When I came back I called again and after waiting on hold I was told the part came in. I asked why wasn't I told it came in and explained my long wait to be serviced for weeks. Oh sure he apologized but I felt irrelevant at their poor service. I went there to have my phone repaired and they claimed they would need the phone for the whole day. It didn't matter that they never contacted me with any delays or the fact that the part came in and never informed, I still would have to leave the phone. And at that there was no guarantee I would get it back the same day. This was a no-no and I told them of their poor service, poor communication and lack of professionalism. I left and bought a new phone elsewhere. I would NEVER do business with them again!!

I was having trouble charging my phone and was convinced that there was some debris in the port. The three Verizon stores I visited prior to coming to this location swore up and down that this was not the case. I do not have the tools or the eyesight to attempt this myself. I resigned myself to having to get the port replaced. When I went into this store, I explained my situation and my experience with the previous 3 Verizon stores. The person working that day promptly took my phone into the back room and cleaned out the port in a few minutes. Didn't even charge. I would definitely come back here for more serious repairs. I need my phone for my job and I am deeply appreciative to this store for helping me out so quickly.

Went in for a charge port issue, but they were able to fix the issue without needing to replace the part; saved me two thirds of the cost :-) Same day, very fast turnaround, extremely friendly and helpful. PS first time they worked on my phone, but they have also done good work quickly on my wife's phone. 100% recommend.

Jamie manager in the Newington store was wonderful. She was professional and polite and made me feel taken care of she handled my phone repair customer service personally. I am very happy with the service her store provided. Would definitely recommend as your one stop to a fix your phone

Unfortunately I've never been there..i only go next store to the smoke shop for tickets and numbers..sorry
If you have insurance on it like through Assurion or Assurant then you just have to pay the deductible. I did this with my Pixel phone. You might want to call to find out how much it will cost you if you don't have insurance on your tablet..
Call them first and, set up and, appointment ,also ask them about the repair .
uBreakitFix responded positively that they will fix it. I believe that they will as they seemed to be reputable.
