My fiance and I have struggled to find a bed because we can't agree on firmness. Bob's is one of the only retailers that carries multiple "dual comfort" mattresses, where you can get different firmness on each side. Shopping in Bob's was great. Antonio was a big help without giving us the used-car sales approach. He was nearby without hovering, knowledgeable and willing to look things up when he didn't know an answer rather than just making something up. We were really impressed with him and with the entire experience so far. Not only did we pick a mattress, but we were shocked to find out it can be delivered in one week! Other companies quoted 6 weeks for delivery. Our mattress will be delivered Saturday and if it's anything like the rest of this experience, I expect it will be a dream come true! I purchased a recliner that doesn't look like a recliner. Sat on & reclined in the floor model for a while to be sure it was comfortable. My salesman, Josh, was helpful, polite, pleasant & professional. I purchased the "white glove" delivery package...worth every cent of $60 as I expect they will do everything promised. My delivery date is in 5 days including the weekend which I believe is pretty speedy. I deducted a star because I had NO CHOICE but to buy their extra care package for $50 dollars. They tacked this on because the recliner is a "special purchase". Nothing about that on line. Seems a bit sneaky.
