Raw chicken, forced to buy a large drink because they didn't have medium or small cups then I received already appeared eaten Mac and cheese. Plus the longest wait to receive such food. I'm mortified of the service and when I attempted to speak to the manager he attempted to push the blame on other management. I'm greatly concerned someone will get food poison at this location if things are not fixed correctly. Furthermore, this franchise has always lacked quality food. And yes the health department was notified of this matter.

I only enjoy the Milford Popeyes! There pleasant, professional and quick! The Orange location is terrible! They are none of the above! So go to Milford Popeyes location! You'll be pleased! And food is always fresh & Hot!!😋

This location needs to either close or have new management put in place. We've given this place 3 chances (2 lunch, 1 dinner... during prime rush time) over the past 2 months and every time they've been "out of" something---flagship items (shrimp, fried chicken, sweet tea) not obscure or custom requests--- or it the menu item wouldn't be ready for 20+minutes. This was EVERY TIME over the past 3 visits, never mind the errors to our others prior to the recent 3. One visit the dining room was supposed to be open as this was weeks after the restrictions were lifted in CT, but it was locked and i was due given funny looks for trying to enter. Other locations in CT aren't much better lately. Maybe this is why they're losing dominance to Zaxby's and other like places down south.

Every time I come here there's a sign in the window stating the dining room is open but the doors are always locked. Normally I just drive away and go to the Milford location but this time I went to the drive-thru for I didn’t need much. Although telling me so very politely, the employee says they currently only have 4 items available on the menu. What is up with that? Not to mention when I got to the door beforehand, there were 2 employees just sitting at a table on their phones. I’ve been to many different Popeye’s and this is the most poorly run by far! In reading the other reviews I’m apparently not the only who feels the same. This location needs a complete overhaul with a new manager and employees or simply just close your doors!
