Consistently rude staff. Consistent bad reviews. Place is dark. No please no thank you no hello. Just purely bad customer service. Try their Stamford CT and Norwalk CT locations . The difference is glaring . Norwalk and Stamford are wonderful locations . Amazing staff ! Orange CT location is the worst KFC branch . If you live in this area- there is really no choice but to deal With the rude manager and rude staff if you really want KFC chicken.

The chicken sandwich and the famous bowl taste old it wasn't even fresh even the pickle was dried n the chicken in the bowl was hard.it taste like it was microwave or from lastnite cause the food wasnt even hot just warm.my wife was nauseous hr later eating the famous bowl..and couldn't even offer me any substitute when they don't have the item..I left Wendy's to go to kfc thats what I get 🤦🏽🤦🏽

The items are good like bucket ,5dollar fillup and wings .Among them wings are so yummy and tasty they have different levels of spiciness in wings you need to choose among them . The better selection would be 5 dollar fillip with drum and thigh rather than breast piece . Anyways the items are well cooked and hot to eat
