The staff went above and beyond for me at the orange bobs location. I’m new to Connecticut and I needed a sofa as fast as possible. Luckily there was a floor sample getting discounted. The store manager wrapped my sofa and waited for the living guys to come. I will definitely shop there again. It was a beautiful experience

We didn’t end up getting the furniture piece here but Ted was very helpful in showing us around without being extra/domineering and respected our space. He provided tips and offered suggestions but was not pushy. Would recommend finding him if you appreciate a knowledgeable but more laid back approach.

Rose greeted us as soon as we walked in. We explained what we were looking for and she pointed us in the right direction. She gave us space to browse but was accessible to us with our feel like she was hovering. She was able to explain all of our options and assist us in securing our purchase. We were very pleased with her service and look forward to receiving our furniture

Great experience! I appreciate that the sales people are not pushy. They always give you space and time to look around first, but at the same time you know they are there if you need assistance. I just purchased a TV stand / console and Ted helped me. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant. I have purchased there 3 times so far and always had a wonderful experience. Quality is great too! The couch I bought there is now around 8 years old and still looks brand new.
