I'm not impressed by the service in this store. Sure, all phone stores have bad service, but this one takes the cake. Two people were bumped up in front of me in spite of my simple reason for stopping in. I eventually walked out without being served and without anyone saying anything to me after signing me in.

This store has absolutely horrible customer service. I called Xfinity before going into the store to pick up a new SIM card but the rep there named James was not able to get this done for me. Not only he couldn't get this done, he had an extremely bad attitude and was condescending. He rolled his eyes, gave me the look, and passed me to the customer service person who helped customers at the entrance. Of course they sided with each other on how they couldn't give me the SIM card and had me get Xfinity mail me the SIM card instead. Some really unhelpful reps with horrible customer service in this store.

I want to thank Anna for her help with getting my new phone set up. I had two factor authentication on my google account and was unable to get access to it, thanks to some creative problem solving Anna came up with a quick and easy solution that allowed me to leave the store with my new phone fully signed into my google account. Thank you so much, I was genuinely impressed with your quick thinking and willingness to troubleshoot my problems. I will definitely go here again based on this interaction alone!

I saw the reviews and wasn’t expecting much. However, my experience turned out great. Amber was helping me out, she was extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. I needed to transfer my mobile from Verizon, she got me the best deal.

How do I call the retail store in my area?
Phone reported with Washington Cty., missing from workplace. How do I speak with someone in person? Tried several times to contact in person. Computer voice hung up on me.
I'm sorry but when I'm P.Offed about poor service, lies about insurance coverage, failure to live up to you warranty, and a run around that takes up my valuable time with multiple phone calls, the last thing I'm gonna do is WAIT till you think I should come in. F%#k all that s#*+!!! It's harder to put a problem off when I'm right in front of you.
They are open on Saturday so I would think you could turn in your equipment.
That's why I gave up on them 15 years ago
Sorry, I have no idea. As most huge companies, the customer service is nearly nonexistent. If you have the time and patience you can get answers on line. Good luck.
Try using freeconference.com
Judi sounds right all of these responses sound right on.
Correct to do any issuement of equipemnt, you'll have to be verified on the account and a form of picture id
Better is to check with customer care..
They are usually in stock, 3 pack or 6 pack. Purchase at the store, but I recommend making an appointment so you don't have to wait in line, which you can make an appointment on the website. Otherwise the online purchase will ship to you.
There is no store phone number. If you call the number posted on the web it will send you to the call center
Not necessarily. You can keep your router and add a wireless extender. A better router might be an option too, but is not the unique solution. Also, if your problem got worse lately, you might be using the same channel as a neighbor. Get a wifi scanner app and see if the channels you're using are also being used by more powerful routers nearby.
