I ordered from this place weekly for Breakfast. Most of the time they get my order correct. The thing that bothers me is that i have to ask for the sticks to put in my coffee lid so coffee doesn't spill all over the car. it's Dunkin so it's either a hit or miss

Ever time I get my coffee which is often . No matter how many times I try to give them another chance they just can't get it right. It always tastes funny to. I will no longer be going to this location. I never have a issue at any others .

This is a really nice Dunkin. The place is SO CLEAN!!! Staff is very friendly and efficient. Nice seating area. Quick in and out drive through. Plenty of parking. Great location too!

The staff was super friendly and did our coffee's correctly but when it came to my order of egg and cheese breakfast wraps it took them a good 5 or so minutes to make them. I understand if do is other people in front of me but the store and drive-thru where completely empty so rhere is just no reason for such a long wait.

Questions & Answers

Why do you ignore walk-ins so often and only focus on drive-thru customers? Do you think its right that people always have to call for your attention when they've been waiting?

Many Dunkin Donuts are short-staffed and must deal with several orders at once especially during high traffic times, they often make the drinks as well. Besides that Dunkins time the employees order success and time with customer for the drive thru but not the walk-in. If you ever have issues like this every Dunkin has an online survey you can take. But the solution to your issue it seems is just to have more patience. Looking at your review history it seems 7 out of 9 of your reviews were one star, perhaps the issue is not always with the store.
