After researching attorneys for wills and trusts, I decided to call Nick. As it turned out, it was a very good decision. My overall experience surpassed my expectations. Nick was easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions. He was very conscientious, very thorough, and took time to explain things. The finished products were well organized and well put together. His staff was friendly and they communicated well. I’d give him an extra star if I could, and without hesitation would recommend his services.

Our Trust was complicated, and we kept delaying because of being overextended. We never felt pressured or like we were too much work. We are very happy with Nick and Dawn. The whole process was easy and efficient. The outcome meets our complicated needs. The flat rate was more than affordable and worth it. I highly recommend Vancouver Wills and Trusts.

Good experience with Vancouver Trust. Nick and his staff were professional and courteous to my 92 year old mother. So nice to see a lawyer (Nick) with such respect and giving Mom good advice while drawing up her Will. Clear communication and very impressed.

Nick Alexander, Esq. and his legal assistant Dawn were super to deal with! My wife and I had Nick prepare our Living Trust. The process was smooth and Nick explained everything very well! I definitely recommend Vancouver Wills and Trusts and Nick to take care of this important document. Thanks Nick!

Yes! For Estate Planning I always offer a free consultation.
It depends on the nature of the legal work. For almost all of the estate planning, I charge a flat fee. For Probate or estate administration, hourly.
Thanks Teresa, in addition to what you listed, it would also be a good idea to update your estate plan if you marry, move to another state, or want to change beneficiaries. Of course, there are other reasons, too - but these are the most common.
Yes! We do, all on a single level so no stairs too.
Great question, it is one I get often. There are many factors that factor into answering that question, give us a call or email so that we can have a more in-depth exploration of your needs and I can explain the various options. Thanks! - Nick Alexander
