The hotel had a nice front desk clerk. As far as my room, it smelled like gas and I had to leave 1 hour after I checked in because I could not take the smell any longer. I booked the room on Priceline for $150 which was well over priced for a motel. Price line listed as a 2.5 star hotel and it was more like one. Everything in the motel look use and recycled from a landfill. I would not recommend anyone staying there unless the health department checks out. If you see it listed for more than $68/night do not book. I ask to be put in another room and they told I would have to wait for someone to check out the room to see what the problem was. Really poor service, I no longer trust prices line for booking because they kept saying my room was non refundable even though my room smelled like gas line leak. Stay far away from this motel. I wish I could post pictures of how the furniture looked in my room๐คฎ๐คฎ๐คฎ๐คฎ๐คฎ

When we arrived our first room that was assigned to us still had housekeeping cleaning it. The second room we were assigned had a toilet issue. The front desk was quick to move us to another room, finally there were no major issues with this room. The couch and carpet are noticeably dirty but the rest of the room was pretty tidy. Price was decent when compared to other hotels in the area. Right off the freeway so it's a very good location and just a mile or so away from a nice cliffside beach.

The employees are GREAT we had to switch rooms 4 times since we have been here,and I get that they are going through a renovation, however we are paying guest and to have to move rooms as many times as we have had to since being here and having to sit in the dark for 4 hours cause a breaker box couldn't be located then finally to be put into a new room with a T.V. that doesn't work,and then having me PERSONALLY have to physically switch the T.V. from our old room to our new room so we could have a working television,to then find out the air conditioner barely worked, to the shower knob falling off and no hot water,and the keys to our door not working,even after having them reprogrammed 6 to 8 different times!! So yeah we had to switch rooms yet AGAIN!!And not once be offered or comped anything due to what we have had to go through! I am a bit upset about all of it,but other than that the employees are EXTREMELY nice and good people!

Would give these guys 10+stars if I could. David and Edgar helped me at the front desk; both of them are legends. Earlier tonight I had a very terrible experience at Days inn; they literally refused access to my legally registered service animal. I called around in panic trying to find somewhere else, thinking I would be SOL because itโs midnight. David and Edgar here at quality got us a room at an comparable rate, completely last minute, in the the middle of the night. They took to time to find us a ground level easy access room and everything. Amazing service here. And clean rooms too. Definitely wonโt be staying anywhere else when Iโm in San Diego for business. If anyone reads this and is considering quality inn vs days in; choose Quality! Much much much better service! They saved our business trip.
