Amazing customer service by Connie. My mother-in-law wanted a specific piece of talavera pottery for mother's Day. I called all over San Diego - no luck....Until I called The Mad Potter and reached Connie. Connie went out of her way to check with a warehouse in Chula Vista to see if it was in stock. She was able to have the piece shipped to The Mad Potter just for me. Connie went above and beyond in every capacity. All of the other stores I called didn't seem to have the ability to do what Connie did and reached the warehouse. This was such a great experience that I will do all of my future gift shopping for ceramics with this place. It was my first time at the store when I picked up the piece. The store was really cute and had a lot of selection to choose from as well.

Huge selection of pottery for mostly outdoor plants. Great selection of succulents, driftwood, and airplants. The lady working there today was super friendly and helpful in guiding us with some airplane arrangements. She didn’t have the type of indoor pot set up we were looking for but recommended two other stores in the area which I thought was a really nice and classy gesture. We will be back!
