The nurses and doctors were so nice and gave us a clear diagnosis of our cat, as well as additional information on tests and treatment options we could further pursue. The compassionate staff here treated our cat amazingly, carefully handling her and her cage and talking to her like you would a family member. We are so thankful for the hard work and dedication the staff takes in ensuring the wellness and comfort of our cat.

My dog is still in pain! I paid $500 to get my dogs claw removed and it's still there. When I called to ask some questions like " what did my $500 pay for if not to remove his nail..." Staff was rude and I felt dismissed. My dog is like my child. If I had experienced the attitude or read these reviews prior I would have never gone there. If anyone can help or knows of place that cares that my dog is still hurting. I work, however my paychecks barely cover my rent and his food. It was not easy to come up with the $500 and it were myself..i would just deal with the pain, It's my Hammer. We need an answer to prayer a blessing. please and Thank you! blessing.....

Had a great experience with my new kitten. They were very helpful in explaining everything they were going to do and gave me a run down of everything they would be doing. We booked out all our appointments and everything is all ready to go. Everyone in this office was so nice and always a pleasure to be around. I've recommended this place to a few of my friends. I love it here! :)

My dog Minnie was really sick and I knew she needed to go to the vet but the only problem was that it was 11 PM. The emergency clinics are scarce these days and no one could take her as they were full! Long story short my dog gets aggressive at the vet and usually needs medication so I was nervous to take her. When I called cascade and told them everything they said to bring her in! Not only did she get premium care they said she was really good…and that made me happy! She spent the night and was released the next day and the entire staff there treated us great! I would highly recommend this place! Thanks again to awesome vets and their staff!

Yes, we accept both ScrathPay and CareCredit.
They are an emergency and do specialty care. For vaccines you would need to find a general practice
Our dog received good care. However, the lack of communication and concern for the pet parent and pet follow up is to be desired. Upon waiting on very critical test results, I had to call back 4 times one day and 3 times the next, and then call the third day to get anyone to give me results. The receptionists just seemed irritated I kept calling, but not knowing if my puppy had cancer and they had the results and weren't calling me was a bit much. 3 days I had to wait. That was 2 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for the rest of the results to be given to me. I'll go somewhere else from now on. Not impressed.
This is a Referral Specialist/ Emergency Surgery, not a regular vet clinic
Yes. The ER exam fee is 95, specialist exams are a little more I think, maybe 120?
Unfortunately we do not take care of geckos or other exotic pets, we are strictly a dog and cat hospital.
