Pretty good bagels. The skinny bagel was pretty gross though, and the woman got my order wrong twice. The place was extremely busy and the whole experience was just stressful.

I’ve been a brugers fan for years going to their Sewickley and moon locations for 20+ years. I went into the south side location and not only was the girl making the bagels texting on her phone and made me repeat my order which is fine but she also took one glove off, did not put a clean one back on and handled my food before putting it in the bag. That is disgusting and I said that. She apologized but employees shouldn’t be texting on their phone, and definitely not handling food with no gloves. I will not be going back to this burgers ever again.

Yummy & nothing to add if you've ever been to any other Breugger's. Oddly not that crowded during lunchtime. Things move along quickly when there are 3 people there. Typically there are 2 making bagels and one at the register. I also like that I can get breakfast sandwiches for lunch.
