**Sea-Mar ruined csnw** The system is broken. Nothing but a nightmare. Never should have listened to friends saying CSNW is "the best". They will cancel on you all the time, takes months to get in, and months to get medications. Not only does that put patients lives at risk, but prevents people new to their MH Recovery from wanting to continue to get help for their MH issues. But now I'm stuck with them until I get better insurance. CONSUMER BEWARE.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! The front office is incompetent and lazy. They make it extremely hard for people who are going through important court procedures to get done what is required by the court. Also, don't bother calling because apparently you cannot get through to a person on any of their extensions!!

Absolutely the worst treatment center ever!!! Never seen such bad counselors and don't get a lady named Donnel because she will degrade you in front of everyone over smoking weed like you are a worthless junkie. They dont even deserve one star

The wonderful people at CSNW are very compassionate and flexible. Intake does not take too long (3 weeks for me only because of my school schedule). Medication intake walk in is a pain, but if you show up on time or early it shouldn't be an issue and they give you a pass to skip the line the next day. Dr. Mecouch and Peggy are great, and really take the time to listen to you, but also don't waste your time.

Why not as long as it's not affecting there job with other clients what's personal is personal and no one should be able to dictate another's life like that there's already to much control on how the government dictates ones life not business too
