Horrible experience since facility moved to new North Portland location. First staff is rude, environment provides no privacy when talking to staff…too open and it makes you feel uncomfortable. I’ve banked with them over 15 years and today I closed my account! Feels good!

We have been customers for over 40 years. We suffered through the new computer system and stayed the course. The service has been declining for several years. Signed up for Bill pay, it wouldn't pay the Bill,we were charged for it, CU would not return the charge. We carry a high 6 figure balance, we get free service elsewhere, and will be moving on.

This is a SMALL credit union. I try to remember that when things don't go well. The branch is beautiful the staff under trained, but nice, parking can be a pain and if you drive fast you'll miss it as it and the sign are small. Their recent app and website update have been a welcomed change. There is a lot more that can be done online than before. With that said they have all the issues a small one branch credit union can have. They are under staffed, the staff isn't well trained, and it's hard to get follow through or follow up. Their deposit rates are great, but they have a lot of requirements to get those better rates, their loan rate are decent, not the best but not bad. Since they are such a small CU they are a cautious lender.

i have been a client at this bank since my childhood, i had my first bank account at 11yo and i'm now 21yo as my parents had accounts here as well. i wish i could say i love their services but that would be a lie. i have never felt more irritated while navigating inaccessible online sites as i have trying to access MY OWN information and money. i put in a form to request a change in my address when i moved in 2020 and it was never accepted so i missed out on over a year of mail sent to the wrong address and constant purchases being denied because supposedly my new billing address was incorrect. every time i try to figure out whatever issue that arises myself i am forced to resort to calling customer service and being put on hold forever because it seems like they overwork employees. do not recommend if you are a young person just trying to live a drama free life because this place makes me feel like i am losing my sanity.
