A curiosity stop. Unusual glacial oddity deserves a look if you're passing by on business Rt 6. There's one small trail in the park and not much else. Surprisingly, over 100 acres are open to hunting in season. The Ed Staback Memorial park adjacent to Archbald off Eynon Germyn Road is a more typical park with sports fields and easy to walk roads. A nearby spot on the road offers a great view down to the regular Rt 6 area. For events at this park visit: events dcnr pa For more information: pa parks and forests

I found out about this location from RoadsideAmerica.com not too long ago, so it looked interesting to check out. Getting there was easy and access to the pothole location was easier. The walk from the car was not even a minute. While it is interesting, the location is lovely for a good break from long distance driving and you aren't too far away from a couple nearby restaurants. The most time one will spend here is about 20 minutes. It's unique and different. Access to I-81 is not too bad.

Nice little state park. The view of the pothole is pretty cool! The trails were good. Wish there were trash cans there though. People decide to through trash anywhere there. Otherwise great park.

Worth visiting to see the world's largest glacial pothole. Not really anything else to do here. Seems to be frequented by single men...

The pot hole is right off the parking lot. I dont know anything about a creepy old man sighting, I've been there several times.
