The pot hole is right off the parking lot. I dont know anything about a creepy old man sighting, I've been there several times.

It's about 50 feet from the parking lot to the pot hole. I am not to sure about the creepy old man sighting. Where did you hear about that? I would have to see the video or hear the story to help you out.
