Decent food, just small plates that you will need to order several items go put together a meal. This is more of a appetizer, very simple dessert and drinks. A bit pricey for what they offer but food is decent.

Food is overpriced and mediocre. Chicken is tiny; smaller than my palm. $8 for shaved carrots and raisins……

We happened to be in the area & I found CFS on Google Maps. We arrived for a late lunch & we’re delighted to enjoy the yummy Hasselback Potatoes & Cuban Corn. The skirt steak was delicious & the Shrimp Pineapple was very good too! We’ll be back with friends to enjoy this place even more!

Such a great restaurant and bar. The vibe and atmosphere are really nice, relaxed and welcoming in a very cool setting. They have a great food menu, all cooked in a wood fired oven, with a section of food that is $5 each. You can order the whole menu for $99 which is fun to do with a group of friends. Josiah and Zeke are great hosts and are very friendly and welcoming. The cocktails are delicious. This place is a loyal gem in the area. Make sure to check it out.

Where can we eat this good takeout nearby? Any parks by the river?

Not on river but I regularly pick up Mac and cheese on way to a little spot at the dam at Lake Superior state park. I take a table top charcoal grill. Start a wood fire in grill built in ground. Dog runs around. Hike out to huge ant nests. Kayak. Drink a beer...ssshhh lol

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

No customers can enter the building- that's how safe they are. They won't even allow you know to use the bathroom (even if you're pregnant). The staff all wear masks. Checkout counter is contact-less. So their COVID safety is pretty good. Its worth also saying I saw the kitchen staff pulling down their masks to chat with one another over the food I ordered, so between the bathroom denial and that I was a bit disgruntled.
