If I could give this store less than one star I would. Our company has a commercial account with this company, and you would think commercial accounts would have higher priority, but they don’t. If you call, before you even get the chance to say hello or say a single word, they already are putting you on hold, then they forget about the call and you’ll sit on hold for about 20 minutes. The only person over at the store who actually helps if they answer is Sonia. I don’t recommend this store. Maybe another advance

Have to do something already put it talk to corporate and they've been dodging me for two weeks and I only spoke to the store manager but someone or somebody or manager out in Corpus posed to call me back like I said I've been waiting two weeks so I have to do something my hands are tied here I don't want to lose five hundred bucks if they're going to keep my money fine at least give me a store credit I don't ask for much I think I was misled

Yeah well maybe some people must have caught them on a good day because it's not the first time this happened to me not the first time the couple times I let it go but we're talkin $500 I had a valid receipt if I don't try the part how am I going to know it fits and this is the argument we have back and forth the guy told me when I bought them when I first paid for mice I ask them can I return this if they don't fit he said yes and I asked him to roll the tape back or whatever I know you guys are recording and you'll see that I'm not lying but the manager obviously wasn't taking my side I I just don't get it you know other people that had good experience they must have got real lucky but this is the worst experience I ever had I got everything valid if they had told me you can't return them once you try them out to see if they fit I would turn around and walked away I was under that agreement so we're not talkin about $50 were talkin about 500 and they nothing to say about lt
