Does the Bough House accept debit or credit cards? The previous establishment did not.

Yes, the new establishment does accept Debit, Credit Card and Tap-n-Pay (Android, Samsung & Apple Pay), as long as it has the Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Amex logo on it. You're correct that, in prior years, whether it was the Sun Flower Cafe or the Lily Dale Cafeteria, they did not accept Plastic as a form or payment.
