Excellent. I was impressed by Brandon from start to finish. He was not only professional and helpful, but kind and upbeat. My husband incorrectly installed the lock on our unit, unintentionally leaving it unlocked. Brandon noticed within hours and called me to let me know. Since were out of state he immediately took care of replacing the lock and securing our unit. The facility itself is clean and well lit. The pricing fair. I would absolutely use this this place again and highly recommend to others.

The lady that we dealt with, I think her name was Ronda and she was very helpful and pleasant! My wife and I asked many questions about renting a space and Ronda was very knowledgeable and answered every question! In the end, we rented a space... I wished that pricing was a little cheaper but I'm happy with the decision! The place is very clean and the space is indoors. Again, Ronda was great! If you go to Extra Space Storage, ask for Ronda... she won't steer you wrong!

First off, I would like to personally thank Rhonda for assisting me with my unit as soon as I requested it. She’s always been very polite and helpful whenever I’ve seen her. This entire building gives off a very clean, professional vibe and it’s very secure. You can tell it is well-maintained as soon as you walk in, and the people who work here take good care of the units. They also check and notify you if you lock your unit wrong (which I did my second time in, oops), so you know they’re checking your unit to make sure it’s safe and secure! Very worth the 5-star review.
