Terrible experience! Zero customer service skills, it seems the staff specifically the girls at the gas pumps can treat the customers anyway they want and totally get away with it! If you feel like dealing with a bunch of rude and emotional teenagers who are not enjoying their job this is the right place! We took our guests there this summer since we had a good experience last year and regretted every moment of it!

Took a couple jet skis for 4 hours, been there last year so we came back this year last year was amazing this year they jet skis were had no torque to them so you couldn't catch any waves for a jump, take to long to pick up the speed, went back after an hour to take another jet skis they had one that we could take, the new one was even worse then the previous one, went back to get a refund for the 3 hour they said all rate were final and we couldn't get the money back. The jet skis aren't maintained well we took a look inside the engine compartment to see what wrong with them one had oil leaks from the engine compartment and the spark plugs were all wet from oil and the other one was dry inside. So rent them for one hour if you like them then you can take them longer.
