I never thought rude people worked here but it's true! The lady in the camera area is extremely rude besides coming in late! There was a language barrier and she just disrespects you and extremely rude to you.

I was helped very quickly which I liked, but the customer service from window #5 is disgusting. I would have gave 5 star but having people like this working for you should be unacceptable. She should not be working there because she is incapable of providing good customer service. Experience is not enough to qualify you, especially when you are working with people. Extremely rude, she exhibits the obvious fact that she doesn’t want to be there. I asked her a question and she didn’t want to answer, she just kept repeating what she had already said which did not answer my question. So I had to ask someone else that worked there, who simply answered my question. It’s not that hard.

If I could give them no stars I would. The customer service is horrible. No ones in the front to help direct you as to where you need to be. About 4 staffs are walking around doing absolutely nothing and chit chatting with each other instead of attending to the customers. I understand that Covid-19 has change the way things are being implemented at the DMV however, the lact of customer service and the no sense of urgency to assist is beyond horrible. The manager of this branch should be more hands on and delegate more efficiently to the employees as to what their task are.

The kiosk is available during the hours of operation of Superior Grocers.
You cannot. But if your smog check has been taken care of, you can renew at the kiosk and get your registration and sticker immediately (as long as the info has been received by the DMV). Even if your smog isn't done, you can still renew at the kiosk. You'll just get your registration and decal in the mail after the DMV receives the smog info.
