I ordered my food through the app and when I got there it was closed because of a malfunction. I called an d the person who answered told me to get my money back through the app (giving me the brush off rather find a solution NOT COOL)...But the manager came and explained what was going on and did get me my order done. I appreciate him for that, and that kid on the phone I suggest get some customer service training or get out the kitchen.

Yes it is late But Every order i have ordered using Uber Eats late nite is Wrong I Never get all the food i order. I ordered 3 of those late night boxs with drinks and 2 milkshakes All we received was 2 sandwichs 1 drink & 1 milkshake No fries or tacos. Where is my other 2 drinks and shake! Straight robbery! Im giving you warning Dont order from here! I mean unless you wanna just give your $$ away Thank you and Merry Christmas Jack n the box. My experience hasnt change because i have not returned
