You are getting a room in a very beautiful location which is why you would stay here. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable of the area and helpful. Room was clean but building was older and showing obvious signs of it's years spent in a marine environment. Check in and Out were without any issues. Views from the room were spectacular. Fellow guest were welcoming and friendly. Lobby was clean and looked updated compared to the rest of the buildings.

Didn't have Wifi or phone service signal but sounds like that was outside issue not the fault of Motel. They do have some pet friendly rooms likely to return with my dog. Easy beach access great view. Pipes are getting to be problematic due to sand down the drains, tub drained very slowly. But water pressure was excellent for showers!

Besides the fantastic view, room was very clean supplied with everything needed for bath and kitchen and plenty of towels. The front desk was gracious and professional as we had left something in the room and it was sent to us within days. Could use cushier pillows but other than that, room was a great value.

Very polite staff, extremely happy they manage the parking lot. NOTE: 1 car per room, as far as parking in the hotel's parking lot. Room we had 233 was very clean, bit outdated but we didn't book the room based on being updated. The room was worth the price. The location only makes this place that much better. Really peaceful mornings, great views.

I'm aware you can open the windows. We did..mainly because the room smelled like an ashtray and sweat AND to see out the windows because they were filthy. As was the room. But I digress...don't advertise something you don't have. They need to hire new housekeeping staff. Our room was gross and the "fan" they had was useless. I'm glad y'all think it's great, but for $100 it'd be nice if they were honest about the AC and that their motel could at least be clean.
I would suggest early to mid afternoon. They are at the desk supervising rooms, check ins and have the most foot traffic needing attention at the office.
They might have had to evacuate due to fires
