How do I get a person to answer the phone? I have reservations and I have a question.

I would suggest early to mid afternoon. They are at the desk supervising rooms, check ins and have the most foot traffic needing attention at the office.

Sad to say i had same problem so i kept calling and calling early mornings its harder to get a hold of them
