Not a darn thing going on here except for Avita Cafe, which is fine by me. One day someone will open a small boutique market / eatery and ...well, hopefully thrive! Beautiful spot to enjoy an almond croissant and Chai latte in the mornings.

Beautiful, under-utilized setting. Have enjoyed dining at the various restaurants that have tried to make a go of it. Outdoor seating is very pleasant.

Nice community to live in. Beautiful scenery. Construction hours start at 7 pm to 6 on but HOA office open from 9 am to 5 pm.

We went there for the opening of s new restaurant. Food was fantastic! Counter service was a little disorganized. However since it was just opening in sure this has been remedied. Excellent wine selection. Great customer relations. I will definitely go back.
