This post is way overdue! I’ve been a member at OTF Point Loma for 9 months now, and LOVE it. I’ve had memberships all over San Diego at basically every gym out there, and the staff here are some of the warmest and genuinely caring people I’ve seen in the game. From the manager Erin to the first coach who got me started Monica (she really took the time to check on me and say hi) to the other coaches in the classes I take the most- Nicole, Emily, Kylie and Michelle. Everyone is amazing! They will critique and hold you accountable to your goals and greet and pump you up! (Michelle is especially great at this!). Thanks guys! I can say that I’m always looking forward to every class. AND I’ve seen changes in my body and cardio health that have me feeling great!

It’s been 5 years, a surgery, a marriage, IVF, a newborn and a pandemic later…. But coming back to OTF (Point Loma San Diego Ca) was the best decision I could have made for my body my mind and my child. A healthy happy me is the best person I want to be for my son. In the 5 years I was MIA the instructors and front desk have changed but what hasn’t is the same welcoming encouraging safe space to workout with no judgement. From the moment I walk in I am am always greeted with a smile and how are you. From the second before I step into the workout area I am greeted with a smiling coach pumping us up for 60 min of ME time. Sometimes the workouts are challenging sometimes they really fun. One thing I love is I can get to know my body and adjust what I need to and with the help of my coaches suggesting alternatives or just a little nod “you got this” push. What I enjoy about OTF is it’s a guided class but special in its own way. I don’t know how to explain it. You need to just try it yourself!!!! I am grateful and thankful to be back and can’t wait to see the results I know I can achieve cause I’ve done it before!

Love this studio! My husband and I come at 0500 and we love the coaches and enthusiasm we get at 5 in the morning. Point Loma does a bunch for their members, like happy hours, free donuts/snacks (occasionally, we’re still fit here!), and AWESOME 90 minute classes.

I’m a member at a different studio but will exclusively come to Point Loma because it is the best by far. The people, the energy, the studio…it’s the best! I love that they have tablets on the rowers- I hadn’t seen that at any other studio. And it’s next to a Starbucks, hard to beat!
