As soon as I did the first OTF class and saw exercises that are only typically observed in physical therapy I was hooked. The workouts are designed to work, and strengthen, every muscle in your body but in different days. You will for sure work muscles that you have never thought about that are important for strength but also stability reducing the probability of injury. The coaches in this specific gym are very supportive, helpful and motivating. Each class is different enough so you never get bored. Great environment and community.

I loved attending classes at OTF Mission Valley! I had Christian as my trainer every time and loved him. He's great at making sure your form is correct and that if you have any injuries, you aren't uncomfortable. His energy is also great, I'm really bummed to be leaving, and if I wasn't moving I would stay.

Awesome workouts!! I have been going to OTF for a year now and I love it. The coaches are amazing and super motivational. The workouts are challenging and never get old or boring. The 5am group is such a great community to be apart of!

While San Diego is not lacking in choices for studios the Mission Valley location is by far the best. The studio is always clean, the staff is friendly and most of all the members are relatable. I joined over five years ago when a bridesmaide dress wouldn't fit. I had never worked out before let alone run a mile. Now I am stronger than ever and the smallest I have ever been. There are multiple challenges through out the year to keep you motivated. The coaches are really great at correcting form and giving advice on how to approach each class. I have been to multiple studios but mission valley will remain my home. The Studio Manager Tasha and Coach Christian made sure we were all safe during covid and most of all were in touch during the lockdown. They are the backbone of the studio and I can't thank them enough for all they have done for us members
