First car had wipers so bad, that we couldn’t even drive it to exchange car in the rain. Gave us a second car with a donut on it. Also charged us for fuel after filling up less than a mile from the location

Insurance company paid for a rental while my accident was being settled. I dealt with three different people in the course of the two weeks and they were all great. I especially loved meeting and speaking with the man from Micronesia. Super personable! Highly recommend this branch.

Enterprise Marysville is a small operation and their branch manager Cristine tries to ensure they promote good customer service. This week I was not able to get a pick up because of low staffing which was disappointing because Enterprise picks you up. When I dropped off my car she did two things that I felt renewed my confidence in Enterprise. Without asking she asked if I needed to be dropped off somewhere and second to make up for the pickup issue she offered a free upgrade on my next rental. I really appreciated both those things and plan to continue renting from Enterprise in Marysville. The vehicle I rented was clean, nice color, and did all the things I needed it for. I would have given Enterprise 5 stars but when I initially tried to book the rental the website kept failing and kicking me out, so I decided to wait until the next day. That issue cost me $100 because next day the same rental cost about $100 more. That was messed up. It was an Enterprise corporate issue and not an issue caused by Enterprise of Marysville.

If you have a Costco Membership, you can reserve online thru Costco.com. it will be way cheaper than you expects
You need to reserve your car online and choose airport as your pick-up point for your rental car. From SeaTac airport there are buses that will take you for free to the car rental areas. Where you can get your car. You need to return your car to the airport, otherwise you will pay at least $100 (maybe more) if you return the car in a different site. In my experience, pick-up and drop-off of renter is only within 5 miles radius maximum. Hope this helps.
