Ashley furniture has provided me the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Brief summary: Do NOT waste your money on their products or warranty services, they will do the absolute minimum to help you, and there is NO GUARANTEE they can replace your damaged furniture with the same model. What's the point of a 5-year warranty on a sectional sofa if you can't get pieces that match the original?? We purchased a nice leather sectional in May 2022, along with the added 5-year warranty. This was our first truly nice furniture purchase and my wife and I were excited. It really brightened up the home. Sadly we had a spill on one of the sectional pieces early on and had to file a warranty claim. We thought we would be taken care of! They first attempted to repair it, but it's leather so it transitioned to a part replacement. This is where it gets awful. From the moment we filed our warranty claim they KNEW there was no replacement piece in stock to give us. Despite this being the case, a fake "delivery" of our replacement sofa was scheduled, then within minutes following the delivery window we received a "could not deliver" notification. My wife and I were literally waiting in our driveway for a delivery attempt that never took place. THEN we have to call Ashley and their warranty services twice a week for SIX WEEKS, spending almost an hour on hold each time, being given the run-around about what happened. Finally we find out today that they knew the entire time the best they could do was a store credit to come back to the store and select a piece of furniture that won't match our sofa. What kind of "high end" store behaves this way? Don't sell warranties to your customers that you can't honor in the way you know they'll want to use them. Don't waste your customers time. You failed at both and lost a customer for good.

This is such a special place. Andre, the manager, made everyone who came in feel valued and cared for. I really, really don't like shopping, but this place made me feel like looking for hours. It is full of so many beautiful decorations. The variety of pictures and wall decorations is amazing. There are so many styles to choose from and it is set up so well. My daughter needed a new bed, and was impressed with the selection and the prices. She found just what she was looking for. All of the employees seemed wonderfully kind and laid back. What a great experience. I definitely recommend taking a look if you need anything. There seems to be something for everyone. Thanks for the great experience Andre. You made me into a shopper. Your store at least. :)

I just bought a mattress here and the whole experience was fantastic! Scott was awesome and helped me so much to narrow down what I needed. The selection was very impressive; there were some pricey ones if you’re in the market for that extra quality but also some wonderful, more affordable options. Something for everyone! I was pleasantly surprised at how many options there were to choose from. The whole store is great, so much natural light and a beautiful selection of furniture. I will definitely be back soon!

Spent close to $6000 on my new bedroom set. When they delivered the furniture noticed that the chest drawer was damaged . I when to the store and file a damaged report and had to deal with the worst customer service from the ladies at the front desk . A technician shows up almost 2 weeks after I filed the report . Takes some pictures and few days later they Sent the wrong part . Went back to the store and had to deal with rude ladies at the front desk . They don't care because is not their department .filed another report . They sent another technician took pictures and few days later the wrong part shows again. . Not even the same color of my furniture. I was thinking buying a new dining table for my new house. Guess where I'm going next : Jerome's furniture. Better service and quality. Very disappointed with Ashley Furniture and management. They don't care about you after you received their furniture. . Now I have to deal with their rude ladies at the front desk for the 3rd time. And file another report. Worst customer service and furniture quality. I highly recommend not to buy anything from these company . Try Jerome's and MorFurniture!!

I believe you can. The in-store process is like using an ATM a short application and you are approved or not. Also they have a finance department there to expedite everything via a phone call from the bank they use and a few more question to verify your identity.

I just walked in last week. But, beware, their customer service is really bad and their prices are better on line in their own web page. I'll post on my full experience later... There are better economy furniture stores out there.

Ashley sucks I bought a bed with a 5 year warranty my mattress sucks now and hurts my back and it's only been two years and they have the nerve to tell me the warranty was only for the frame in the box spring when they told me the mattress itself was a 5 year warranty so now I'm screwed sleeping on a bed that hurts my back and still making payments thumbs down

No. But yes it's a problem getting thru 2 them. U may want 2 go down there an speak 2 them in person. It took them 2 weeks 2 get back 2 me.
