Nick was awesome! We visited twice to make sure the measurements would work for our space. Unfortunately, both times we arrived 30 minutes before closing. He did not rush us and encouraged us to take our time. No pressure! He also remembered us when we went in the second time and helped us find a better option for our space. I would definitely recommend the service here. We found a great mattress, dining table and sofa to fit our apartment.

Our sales person Michael was the best showed us all our options and fully explained each pros and cons and did not pressure us in away. He checked in with us before my wife and I left. When we returned the following day to look at two options he showed us Michael greeted us and let us know he was there if we had any further questions. We made a decision purchased a sofa, love set and recliner combo . Michael made the whole purchase seamless and explained the extended warranty fully. Michael is a role model other sales staff should follow. We will return to Mor Furniture again when needed because of Michael.

Nothing but good things to say about our experience with Mor Furniture. Affordable prices. Nice showroom. The sales team has been very nice, low pressure, and available after purchase for questions. The delivery team has been polite, efficient, and their delivery text platform makes things very easy. Supply Chain issues have created long wait times for many goods across the country, but our rep was upfront about expected delivery, so there were no surprises. Would definitely recommend Mor furniture. 10/10.

Johnny, who assisted us with our sectional purchase, was very patient and helpful. We went to Mor first, but still wanted to compare the quality/price with other competitors. He was not disappointed when we didn’t purchase on our first visit. He took copious notes and said he would follow up. After visiting the competition, we decided on the sectional at Mor. Payment was quick and easy. Definitely a great experience!

No. We don't sell Murphy beds.
The same as any furniture store. They say " within a few days if it is available" but you may never know. Deliveries might get pushed back because of " Covid-19" or if you do get the items, something may be damaged and have to wait for a next one to come in. No telling what that time maybe.
