This is not gelato. The name of the store invokes the idea that they sell authentic Italian gelato, but that’s not the case. This is nothing like gelato you have in Italy. The gelato sold here uses artificial flavors and way too much sugar. If you’re just looking for a sweet snack, this will do but it is not gelato.

Very poor quality ice cream. Average service and below average presentation. Tried the chocolate nut and butterfinger and both were so weak in taste - no creaminess, no melt in the mouth goodness. I don't know how this place is so well rated. Ben & Jerry's or any standard brand does it way better. 2 stars for the variety of flavors and decent pricing.

Loved this place on the historical Murphy St in downtown Sunnyvale. Came here right after a movie from the $AMC right across the street and we loved the flavors - cheesecake and cookies and cream was really good! No seating inside but plenty outside. $5 for a medium (3 flavors) which was honestly worth every penny.

Delicious ice cream. Perfect softness, softer than regular ice cream but harder than frozen yogurt. The highlight is the amount of flavors available. There are so many options and the best thing is whatever you choose you're guaranteed to get a real strong flavor not just a hint of flavor.

They have a plastic shield between the customers and staff. Their door is also always open which is supposed to reduce the risk of covid.
