Great waffles. Lots of different options with vegan and gluten free options. Not just sweet waffles also savory. Staff is very friendly and patient. Not huge portions or very heavy. Definitely recommend you come and try their waffles.

The waffles here are as the name states.. Atypical. Their Menu is fairly simple, waffles regular or gluten free with or without toppings. Additionally there are about 5ish sandwich options that use waffles instead of regular bread. Syrup does not appear to be an available topping which is fine because the waffles themselves are very tasty and sweet. The coffee is about par for the course however it makes a superb combination with the waffles. This was a great way to start my day before heading to the San Diego Zoo a few minutes away.

Always walk by here yet had no idea it was such a vibe inside. I had the fresh and light waffle and it was such a treat! Made to order by a very friendly staff - this waffle was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. You can tell they pay so much attention to the detail in making these fine treats.
