This business stole my money! I paid for a back replacement for an iPhone 12 thinking I could save some money on Apple's service. They said they would order the parts and call me when they received them for me to bring the phone in for repairs. Instead, I had to constantly check with them and after over 4 months of using a broken phone, I took it to the Apple store. I never received a refund despite asking via email multiple times and going into the store once to request it.

Went there to get my screen repaired- ended up with a dead phone. My phone blanked out and stopped working the same day as they did not fix my screen ( poor quality) properly. Went back to see if they would fix it and only got disrespectful treatment from the guy at the store! Please take your device elsewhere to get it repaired,

I accidentally went into this repair shop thinking it was the place 2 doors down where I had gone in before and had great service (at the other place). I brought my iPhone8 plus here this time to get the screen replaced since it had small cracks in the upper corner which DIDN’T AFFECT the functionality AT ALL - it’s a new phone I just wanted it replaced for aesthetic purposes. Now after they “repaired it” my screen is barely functional clicking and swiping randomly all over the screen regardless of what I’m doing. I went back the next day to tell the guy, and it’s like he’s skeptical saying, we have to keep your phone for two friggin days to figure out what’s wrong with it. WHAT’S WRONG WITH IT IS THAT YOU PUT THE SCREEN ON INCORRECTLY!! As I’m typing this the cursor keeps moving up and down the paragraph or typing RA NGS Ike that - random letters. SOO ANNOYING- I WISH I HAD MY OLD CRACKED PHONE BACK

WARNING - Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Do not do business with these people. I took my phone in and was charged ahead of time for my repair which is fine. They said they'd call in a few days when the parts came in. No call. I called them and they said they'd have to call me back to check if the parts were in. No call back. I call again and we repeat this two more times. I finally go to the store and the part is still not there. They said they will re-order them. I ask for a refund since it had been 22 days since they were supposed to have had ordered the parts. I don't believe they ever ordered them. The guy at the front desk lied and said he had been on vacation for 4 weeks (I talked to him on the phone the week before). He lied again and said there was no other employees in the store (the guy in the back came out and said he worked there). He said he had no authority to issue a refund and could not get me in contact with anyone else who could. He was rude, condescending, and threatened to call the cops on me for calmly and coolly stating my case. Ridiculously poor customer service and one of the worst experiences I've had with any business. I would not have been mad if they were just slow, or even just non-responsive. They were slow, non-unresponsive, rude and combative.
