I was having a starting issue with my side by side. I called in and talked to Robin yesterday afternoon and she put James on the call with me. James quickly assessed my issue over the phone and told me if I brought it in tomorrow morning that he would have it fixed while I wait. I brought it in when they opened and asked if he could do a full service & alignment too. He finished them all by end of day as he said he would. It’s a pleasure to have people do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. I showed up and they even washed it! Thank you Robin and James. This is why I’ve been shopping here for over 10 years.

Mt Hood Polaris has a great atmosphere. Everyone that works there is always so willing to please. They have a large selection of snow clothing and gear and the prices are lower then some other shops. I highly recommend this place.

Purchased a 2021 Rzr Trail 900 from Mt Hood Polaris. Our first purchase from them. Entire transaction was smooth. Robin made the process easy. Due to Covid-19, had to wait 3 months for delivery. When the vehicle was delivered 2 days before our trip, some plastic panels were damaged. We were scheduled to leave for a camping trip that weekend. So, Robin made sure that we could still use the vehicle during our trip (installed all of the accessories as well) and then fixed the damaged panels a month later when we could bring the vehicle back. Great job Mt Hood Polaris team. Thanks for making it happen. You guys are awesome.
