7/19/22 I visit here often and many times now I have not been asked about being a Rewards member and they offer free items when they don't. However, I'm constantly greeted with evil looks and bad attitudes when I ask about the free item. Like it's coming out of their paycheck or it's going to put McDonald's out of business. I don't understand. If you don't want to give away the free items then don't but don't try to add stipulations after the fact so you don't have to give me the free item. I actually hate giving negative reviews but lately it just seems like everyone especially in fast food just has a terrible attitude. I work in fast food also and I have never treated a customer the way that I'm constantly treated at this location. It's not like I came at you with a bad attitude. I smiled and greeted you and had a good attitude towards you and I expect the same in return. it's about time that we started treating people better and not giving them attitudes especially when it was your fault.

When GOOGLE asked me if the hours were correct I pushed the correct option and according too the sign they're correct but the realization is this McDonald's is only open when the employees want it too be. I've seen this McDonald's close more times than the city has done "construction" on 52. However whenever they are open they'll cook you up whatever you need. Double cheese, triple cheese mcdouble( so we can save that $.30 piece of extra cheese.) Whatever you need this McDonald's may have it if your schedule Alians with their schedule. For updated hours of operation just ask the employees when they're outside on break or walk inside and yell loudly "what are your hours of operation this week??" If they don't tell you, neither can I.....just guess

Brought my kids to have lunch and play on playplace. Placed large order in nearly empty restaurant. Horrible service. Mine and others' orders wrong. No carbonated beverages. Food was mediocre. Manager didn't offer anything except "we are short-staffed" when I can clearly see at least 10 employees. Playplace is cool but not worth dealing with the staff. Will never return to this McDonald's.

Everything I stop at this location the handicap bathroom is locked. I called out and no one was using it. As a person who uses aids to walk, it isn't easy to use the restroom without bars and appropriate fixtures. This increases the chance for a fall. When I walked to the service counter to inform them, no one was working the register. 4 employees running around drive-thru. No one came to greet me. After a 5 to 8 minute wait a young man came out of the back to assist me. When I explained that situation he apologized and stated it happens ALL the time. And he would find someone to unlock it.

They're always kind and thoughtful towards me and the group I meet there once a week.
If your going through drive thru most likely there are people ahead of you. You have to wait your turn. Maybe next time go in if you don't want to wait.
Call corporate tell them store number and that there is no one doing there job.

Yes always a problem.you have to allow mapquest to track your location.you can take pics and comment on all the places you visit.
It depends on which McDonald's -- company-owned or franchisee. Also depends on the location, hours and/or shift your willing to work, and experience. So its best to call and ask for the location your interested in being employed.
Yes it whoever is running the day shift should be mentoring the night shift because they are neglecting their duties at night and it is giving the whole McDonald's bad reputation and the day shift is inevitably taking the fall for their night shifts neglect and laziness and over all bad character. The thing is is it is way more busy during the day and I've seen this pattern with a lot of places in fast food that the more relax the night is the more the team complains about having to work I really don't understand it. And don't try to say you're short-staffed because that's a load of bull s*** because day shift is also short-staffed at most places it's about being a hard worker and if you're really that short-staffed hire somebody else
