It had been a while since I was in here, I had forgotten how good the food really is! The gyro was stuffed full of meat, the tatziki sauce was really good, the fries were crispy, and the bill was super cheap. The service was good, staff was friendly, seriously, what more could you ask for? My 8 year old son even ate his whole gyro, something neither my aunt nor my uncle could actually do.

Great family owned counter serve joint with delicious homemade Greek food! Great prices, generous portions, and lots and lots of options! Everything is made fresh and you can get all the classics like dolmades, avgolemono, gyros, etc. They also have some delicious looking desserts available, but we didn't have room to try them out this time around.

I have no idea how I lived in Lafayette for almost my entire life and never ate here until last week and again today. I had a Gyro last week and in Italian beef today, both of them were fantastic and I will be eating here a lot more often. And who knows how long after my initial post this is but we have been here a couple dozen times over the last year and a half and I haven’t had a bad meal yet. I have pretty much stuck with the Italian beef because it has never failed to impress me. I’ve eaten them at Portillo‘s and from Buona up in Chicago and this place is way better than those.

There’s nothing like a family owned place that feeds you as if you were invited to their house. I’ve been coming here for years. A tried and true place that’s still going strong. Come hungry, and leave ready for a nap. Wonderful staff who take pride in their food, cleanliness, and service. A favorite of mine.
