3 stars because the nuggets were the best nuggets any McDonald's has ever made..... A lot of young nice people working at this location.. the frappe was melted and didnt taste right... They may not have known how to make it.. when I asked for it they wasnt sure what a Frappe was.... The frozen lemonade was good .. nice and icee a little melted but good... the fries were nice crunchy... Fresh and best thing of all they were HOT... They have a variety of different things to try on the menu... My first time at this location and this state... We just got off the first exit fir gas and this was about the only food spot in the area... The burgers weren't good at all.. but the nuggets and fries made up for it... Would recommend this location

Employees weren't very bright. We ordered the 2 cheeseburger value meal with NO CHEESE and were told we couldn't do that. So instead we got ONE cheeseburger (no cheese, but charged the cheeseburger price, why we didn't just get a hamburger and why not two like we wanted?) and then fries and soda.

MINNESOTA NORSKMOR

4/8/2022: We're travelling from Minnesota and the beautiful, new Holiday Inn in Remington, Indiana is one block directly across the highway from McDonalds. The facility is very updated, special large parking area for BIG cross country trucks. Lots of great windows making it light and airy, it is extremely clean, we ordered right at the counter instead of their kiosk machines ... and within 6-7 minutes our meal was delivered to our table. I was SOOO pleased that their salad choices (large portions) and mango-pineapple smoothies were back!!! Every thing was delicious and just what we needed after 8 hours in the car. We will he back our next trip!!

I was an out of town traveler coming through from the Midwest on my way to Ohio, and genuinely had no idea that the city of Remington observes Eastern Time, so I was very confused as to why they were closed. However, that wasn’t explained to me and then rudely thrown in my face with the “First of all, it’s 12:05am and I know how to tell time.” comment. It pays to be kind and to go the extra mile, having worked in customer service myself. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Horrible attitude.
