I'm better off going and shopping on my own at a big store and saving money. *Seeing as I was speaking of the overall lack of customer service and lack of knowledge from your staff and I can't reply to your comment you get an edited comment. I stood there for 5 minutes while your 2 employees continued to help 1 lady. I watched 2 other people walk in and not get greeted. Also, when I described my needs the girl that finally helped would just direct me to an area and say these should work. Instead of addressing my needs and suggesting individual pairs I was left to just stare at a wall. That's where my review comes in. If I wanted to shop for myself and not have my unique needs addressed...which I do have. Then I might as well support a corporation. Finally, the condescending tone of "did you look at the sales rack" is pretty representative of your business as a whole it seems. I had $150 budget and that walked right out the door.
