The customer service Is pretty decent but I advise u to look at your appartment first before putting any money down I canceled wen I seen mines, cracked sinks and gnats flying everywhere and the cabinets had thick layers of paint on them which means cover up that's noticeable. Plus the rent is actually 650 not 625 because of maintenance fees. That's excluding utilities. Have a pet 675 excluding utilities. So a total of 730 or more if u have a pet. For a 1 bed room that's small to small intact for all that money. Just make sure you're satisfied with everything before u go through with it. And if not cancel before 72hrs or u will not get a dime back I basically lost 1k, because it was after 72hrs. Just keep that in mind.

I stayed at Nantucket for 2.5yrs (1br). Overall I had a good experience living here. Everyone in my building kept to themselves. Maintainence is PROMPT. If I called to have something taken care of, they’d be there within an hour. Parking is first come, there would be nights I’d have to park a little far away from the door which I didnt like because I have a small child. A squierrl or something had gotten in through the roof and was in between the walls. You could hear it scratching all night. Maintainence came and set a trap for whatever it was. A few days passed and nothing was in the trap so they came to take it out. In the first few months of my stay (2015) there would be people sitting in their car doing drugs on the side of the building. This problem was taken care of. I moved because I need more space and to move across the street to the 2br’s, you have to do the whole process over. Otherwise I’d still be there.

Don't even think about leasing here. My hot water and air conditioning stopped working for a week 3 weeks after I moved in. And on 10/14/2016 my toilet broke and flooded my entire apartment , and when I called for emergency 24 hour maintenance the guy asked me a lot of questions but never showed. 10/21/2016 ONE WEEK LATER my toilet was properly fixed but now two weeks later 10/28/201 and I'm still waiting for my carpet to be cleaned because the apartment smells and the carpet is dirty from the flooding . I understand that things happen but its how the problems are handled that makes the difference. Not to mention I was charged a 775 deposit just to hold this outdated POS which didn't cover first or last months rent. You would think it came with some service I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP ... They get one star because I couldn't go any lower
