The worst store ever. My co-workers and I ordered pizza and it took them 2 hours to deliver our pizza. The first time I called up there to check on my food, the girl answered the phone like she was home so I had to ask if this was Domino's? I asked to speak with the manager and kept getting disconnected. I had to call back 3 times and then had to wait 20mins just to speak to him. When he did finally pick up the phone, I told him that we should get a refund because of the wait time and he told me to return the food and he'll process the refund. First of all, after waiting so long, the food should have been free! He said that they only had one driver but that's not my fault as the customer and if that was the case, then they should have cut off deliveries for that day. When we did receive our food, it wasn't hot just room temperature. I see why this location has 2 stars and should have 0! Just unprofessional and I will never come back to this location again!

I cant give zero stars unfortunately. Following this review they sent me a letter with "gift certificates" (coupons for free 2 topping large pizza and cinna twists) and the certificates cannot be used online. honestly, might as well shoot for negative one at this point. Update: Ordered via phone for the free pizza, after waiting for one hour nothing has arrived, called the store and was sent to hold for 10+ minutes. Ended up hanging up, still haven't received order. UPDATE #2: After finally getting ahold of a real person, they will not honor the certificate unless i do pickup, even thought they were previously going to order for delivery (they told me it would be 5.xx dollars and specifically stated that was for the delivery free) they also claimed that my order wasnt showing due to their system restarting, even though i was talking to the same person as before. they claimed that they weren't the same person but it was the same voice.

Placed an order for pick up via the app. App told me it was ready and went in but they were finishing up the bread bites. Started to get long during my wait so when food was ready got it and left. Get home the bread bites were burnt. Should’ve checked before I left. It’s a shame a place could serve that to their customers. I’m sure you all saw it when you place them in the box. I still blame myself for not checking. Check your food before you leave.
