Move in process was easy, it’s very quite, office staff is on point, great location, near by shopping but apartment is off the busy street. After moving in I found a few minor things for repair. I put in a ticket and thought it would be a few days. To my surprise maintenance was here within an hour. Although I haven’t been here long, so far it’s all good.

This has been a great experience. I only lived here for a year through school but I had no problems. My ac did go out a month before it was time to leave but window units were bought, and they definitely understood the importance of getting everything fixed. Ashley was extremely great in the office. She really understood the importance of getting everything done in a timely manner, I ran into a few problems (not in the apartment), and she took time out of her day to fix it. I did see a bug or two but no mice. I feel like that’s really all in how you live. Y’all know these buildings old as tf! Excuse my language. If I was not moving into my first home I definitely would have renewed my lease. Pool clean. I mean every place has its problems but again it’s how you live. I would live here again.

Ashley is a breath of fresh air. Kind and considerate on top of every problem I have had. I love being here and it would be great if everyone has her energy to satisfy the residents of this community.

Ashley was very helpful. She is way more helpful than the old team. She answered all of my question. I feel Ashley is going do they job. She is very uplifting.
