I don't know if my statement will make any sense or if anyone cares. So here it goes: When visiting this store, I purchased a grilled chicken Caesar salad. Recently, ice at this location was free; however, that's not the case anymore. There's a sign by the soda machine that states that cups of ice were free upon making any purchase within the store. I would know because I buy my fuel and salads at this location and was never charged additionally for ice. Now, this dark-skinned African-American woman told me that I had to make an additional purchase for ice by purchasing a drink. Now this is where the cashier is a complete liar. If the ice isn't free under these circumstances, then why did it take her at least 10 seconds to analyze my receipt for "proof of purchase"? Plus, why hide the cups behind the counter? Wouldn't you have to make a purchase ANYWAY to get a cup of ice? I probably would not come to this location ever again NOT because of the ghetto, unprofessional staff, NOT because at one point that I waited for my INCORRECT salad for 40 MINUTES, NOT because of the raising inflation, NOT even because of the gas prices going down -- I would not come back because this cashier is clearly a liar and incompetent -- ooh, and let's not forget that she can't think clearly and critically -- along with the rest of the staff; but, it's not all of them.

Love this place but their associates that prepare food are slower than God knows what!!! Be ready to wait 15-25 minutes even for your food so enjoy a drink while waiting because they really seem to not be worried about their pace while 10-12 people standby waiting and watching, all while they crack jokes in the customers faces.

Wawa itself as a large chain of convenience store is pretty darn good. This particular Wawa is extremely bad, the service is slow if you have an hour lunch break you WILL eat your lunch hour waiting for food. I dont blame the staff, management or upper management is to blame. There are three, sometimes two people prepping food and they just get overwhelmed with food orders. So, staff seems ok but upper management needs to look at this store closely and staff more people accordingly. Ive waited more than 30 minutes for food, this is daily because this wawa is very convenient from where i am working, too bad service is slow.

I gave it three stars because the service was slow. The cashier's we're slow. I could have took a lap around the The FedEx Field and they still wouldn't be done. The food service was slow and I think you need new people or more people where they are making sandwiches.
