(WOW) do not book here. they call me confirmed my reservation. then call me back 2 hrs before pick and said they gave all the cars out. i asked so what is there we can do now. he said idk im to busy to fine you a car. he said you can call the other enterprise im working i dont have time can you check. he said he is to busy too check. but just told me they dont have any cars then what is he picking up trash in the empty parking lot. i will never rent again with enterprise.

This place has gone down hill the last 2 years. They used to be wonderful. (Old staff vs new staff). Now, its time consuming, anxiety provoking, and overwhelming. The staff are unable and/or unwilling to work with you. There is a major lack of flexibility to such an extent that its actually absurd. They're always out of cars and often have to refer you to other sites even with a reservation. After working with them for over 10 years, I will not be back. Hertz is way better. I only wish I booked with them sooner- Super smooth. In and out and 0 complications.

Good place rent a vehicle from, their staff comes out explains how to use the vehicle, especially with vehicle that is Keyless - how to turn on where to not put the key that they gave you.

I have been renting cars here for years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I recommend calling ahead of possible so they can have your car prepped and ready so you don’t need to wait for it to be cleaned after you arrive.
