The owners and staff of the UPS Store Colville are amazing and great to work with! My Stevens County (on the border) private mailbox store "partners" with their branch to provide services our mutual Canadian customers desire throughout this border closure era. Thanks Colville UPS Store, UPS and FedEx route drivers for coordinating, working together to get parcels transferred, and just being an AWESOME Team for the customer!

This ups store is one of the best I have been to. These ladies take special care of their customers. Always smiling, I know they are under their masks. They go out of their way to help..............

This store is located inside the super 1 grocery store. It is not a gigantic box store but they make up for it with all the services they offer. I used them for a 1000 page copy order. Not only were they efficient they saved me money. They have a program where you can get 1000 copies (black and white) for a little over 50 dollars. You do not have to use all 1000 at the same time. That is just over a nickel a copy. Many other stores charge 10 cents or more. Oh another wonderful benefit they were super friendly.

They offer to send mail via USPS but they charged me almost twice what it would have cost at the post office. When I checked the tracking number, it didn't even get to the Colville Post Office until 24-hours later! Basically, I paid $11 for Priority shipping that didn't even get out of Colville for 2 days. I called the post office and they said I would have paid $5-6 and it would have left 36-hours earlier had I been able to take it to the post office the next day instead of thinking I was getting a jump on things by taking it here the evening before.

Yes they do
call the city if you live in city, or county if you live out of town...
Too much, ($180 per year as of 2013) and the owner acts as if she is doing you a favor by collecting your mail. Go anywhere else but there!
