My power CONSISTENTLY shuts off at least once a month. It's disgusting what these people charge for such substandard service. Any other company would be shut down.

Never late on our bill ever. Now getting multiple bills in a 30 day billing cycle. Called Avista and was told this is a harrament tactic to pressure us into a smart meter since we have opted out. We pay a surcharge for reading the meter.

Ring a ding ding we are out with electricity is their anyway you can have someone removed tree branches away from all the power lines in Kettle Falls WA please we have people who have no clue as how to prevent power outages.
