We must tell you what a pleasant experience we had working with Jesus Morga! He is a great salesman and very professional. Your dealership is most fortunate to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable employee. He delivered our Tesla S to Sisters, Oregon. It took him out of the showroom for the day, this was extremely important to us, and he was happy to oblige. Obviously, it is not a Mercedes product but he did his homework and was very capable of explaining the vehicle to us. The service I received was absolutely terrible and ended up being even dangerous! I brought my car into this dealership since it had developed a vibration after hitting a large pothole at speed. When I picked the car back up, I was told that everything is fine and that I most likely just lost a balancing weight. The service record stated that the technician took the car out for a drive and could not replicate the issue. As soon as I picked up the car, I noticed that the vibration was just as bad as it was before. I first tried to contact my service advisor (Chris) via text message. After not getting a response for a week, I then called the service department and asked for my service advisor to call me back, again with no response for a week. I contacted them a third time via phone and requested a call back again. And again, no response after yet another week. When I finally took my car to an independent tire shop, they put my wheels on the wheel-balancing machine and started laughing about the fact that a technician can oversee such an obvious problem when tasked to investigate a vibration issue. I witnessed the wheels on the balancer myself, and both were bend over half an inch out of round! In addition, they found that some of the wheel lugs were only hand tight from when Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton reinstalled the wheels! I can be glad I did not lose a wheel at highway speed after visiting this dealership. Unfortunately, the lowest rating I can give is one star. Otherwise, I would give them zero, for the quality of workmanship as well as for the interaction with the customer.

I applaud the MB Beaverton Service Department for being flexible and professional! Nathan Burke (Service Advisor) scheduled me at a moment's notice due to an appointment conflict. I was also impressed by the service waiting room. It was an arranged office with refreshments (water, deluxe alternative premium coffee choices, colas, and various snacks). I was able to complete office work while I waited. In addition, (and I think this is amazing) I received videos of my car being serviced as text messages to my phone while I waited. I recommend the MB Beaverton Service Department to all MB owners; check them out for your next car checkup.

After searching for weeks for the right car, we finally found it, 4 hours away and out of state. The sales team (Jeffry) was amazing. So communicative and attentive. We normally use our local Mercedes dealership for new purchases, but after this experience, I will gladly travel to them for my next car. They were honest about the entire process, no hidden fees, etc... This will be my 53rd vehicle I have purchased (don't judge :-)), and this was by far the best purchasing experience.
