After having a few bad experiences and sharing my feedback, Arby's did attempt to make it right by reaching out. I'm still not willing to give them a second shot, but my wife recently went back and had a better experience, so updating my review from 1 to 3 stars.

My sandwich was okay but the chicken felt like it was sitting under a lamp or in a warmer too long. The bacon on it was so crispy and hard it was stabbing at my gums. I can't help but laugh about it. I was hungry so I ate it but I think next time I'll try something different.

Normally this place is topshelf. Today they were super busy when I just drove up. I got 2 of the three drinks i ordered then got told to park outside. I waited 15-20 mins for them to give me no straws, they forgot my shake, and didn't give me the correct order and the guy dashed off before I could say anything and no receipt.

normally I love this place , but lately they've been giving me bad food, this is its latest offering to me. this is supposed to be a buffalo chicken sandwich. takes old and dry..
