So I guess walmart employees just cut the line tell the workers what they want and bam they get there stuff. Paying customers just sit back and watch . Waiting for an order we paid for and we watch free stuff given up. There's a reason mcdonalds is loosing business they don't care about their customers.

Cashier can’t do her job… fries taste horrible

I ordered a number three. When I finally received my order. I opened the container, lifted the Burger out, put it to my lips and took a bite. When I looked at the Burger both hamburger patties were still raw and uncooked inside but on the outside it look like, it was done. I sent it back. The next burger that was sent out to me. Had only one hamburger patty. Upset but trying to maintain my kindness, I sent it back a third time, and it seemed like I was just kind of forgotten about. Thank goodness I still had my trusty receipt so I went back up there talk to the manager who had helped me before he finally got the order right. Kind of disappointed that he didn't refund my money or compensate me with a extra fry or free toy? But needless to say this hasn't been the first time this has happened here so hopefully things get better there, but for now.. I'm avoiding this McDonald's. My son was there so we were kind of making fun on the situation. And I forgot to take pictures darn it.

We have visited this location many times, and each time it hasn't been good. Food is cold, French fries are old & heavily shorted, etc. Last time a girl was ridiculously annoyed taking out on everyone due to the fact that she was an hour over her shift, I get it I've been there, but to throw a fit and be laying over the counter & register, being mad at the world, just ain't it. I asked for our food to be fresh this time, it visibly annoyed the staff, & as usual they shorted us bad on our order of fries. Customer service is everything, along with fresh food & the right portions being paid for.
